Engagement Process (Virtual, Hybrid, In-Person):

The most requested engagement is 6 to 9-months with a focus on maximizing leadership effectiveness.  The engagement process includes the following:    

  • A contracting meeting(s) with the client to review the coaching process and set the initial goals and objectives for the engagement.

  • 3-person meeting with client’s one-over manager (e.g., boss/superior) to review the coaching process and set the initial goals and objectives for the engagement.

  • Data gathering and assessment process including 1-2 personality style instruments and a 360-degree assessment (e.g., tool or personalized interviews).

  • Feedback meeting(s) with the client to review all assessment data and results.

  • Creation of a written developmental action plan with a realistic number of achievable goals and specific strategies.

  • Sharing of the action plan with client’s one-over manager to ensure that there is consensus and support around the goals. 

  • Implementation coaching sessions (2-3 hours per month) to work in support of the action plan.

  • Periodic check-in meetings, to be determined by the one over manager, to solicit feedback and evaluate progress.

  • A close-out meeting to evaluate results and determine a plan to sustain progress.
